教育公平主体的哲学意蕴

【摘要】：教育公平主体的发展过程,既是一个受制于社会历史发展水平的实践过程,又是一个人自身素质和能力不断得到彰显和提升的过程。教育公平的主体包括理想主体和现实主体。在马克思主义哲学中,教育公平的理想主体是自由自觉发展的人。教育公平的现实主体,无外乎教师和学生,学生是主体的重点,是学习的主体;教师也是主体中不可缺少的部分,是教育的主体。在整个教育公平的实现过程中,可以说,教育公平的实现主体,是教育者和受教育者。两个主体互为一体,教师在发挥自身主体性的同时,发展了学生的主体性,学生的主体性又反过来促进教师的主体性,这就是师生双主体,二者的主体性得到了共同提升。
[Abstract]:The development process of the subject of educational fairness is not only a practical process subject to the level of social and historical development, It is also a process in which one's own quality and ability are constantly displayed and promoted. The main body of educational fairness includes the ideal subject and the realistic subject. The ideal subject of educational fairness is a person who develops freely and consciously. The realistic subject of educational fairness is nothing more than teachers and students, students are the focus of the subject and the main body of study is the teacher, and the teacher is also an indispensable part of the subject. It is the subject of education. In the course of the realization of educational fairness, it can be said that the main body of realizing education equity is the educator and educatee. The two subjects are one another, and the teachers play their own subjectivity at the same time. It develops the subjectivity of students, which in turn promotes the subjectivity of teachers, which is the dual subject of teachers and students, whose subjectivity has been promoted together.
