和谐社会视野下学校体验式心理教育体系的建构

【摘要】:构建和谐社会是当今时代发展的主题,尤其是人的心理内部和谐则是这个主题的根本和必然要求。本文在"全民心理健康工程"引领下,从"体验"的新视角出发,就学校管理者心理资本建设、教师心理成长、课堂教学动力与技术、班级管理与建设、校园生态文化建设五个维度建构了一套全方位、多层次、立体化学校心理教育新模式,为搭建学校心理预警机制、促进学校素质教育的全面发展、学生精神人格的塑造开拓了新思路。
[Abstract]:Building a harmonious society is the theme of the development of the times, especially the internal harmony of human psychology is the fundamental and inevitable requirement of this theme. This paper, under the guidance of "the National Mental Health Project", starts from the new perspective of "experience". Based on the five dimensions of school administrators' psychological capital construction, teachers' psychological growth, classroom teaching power and technology, class management and construction, and campus ecological culture construction, this paper constructs a comprehensive, multi-level and three-dimensional new model of school psychological education. It opens up a new idea for setting up the early warning mechanism of school psychology, promoting the all-round development of quality education in schools and shaping the students' spiritual personality.
