论面向国民性重塑的现代国民教育

【摘要】：国民性是指在特定生存境遇中,某一国族民众身上自然或自觉地形成的一种相对稳定的国民心性结构与社会性格。国民性具有多重内涵,国民性论争是助推近代中国人成熟的精神力量,国民性品质是国家软实力的核心构成要素。国民教育是促成国民性抬升的有力手段,其教育效能的彰显取决于五个因素,即功能底线、时代需求、环境参照、典范引领与文化配合。当代我国国民性教育的任务是开展国民共同体身份认同教育、国民素质教育与国民生活哲学教育;国民性特质的培育、国民性旧质的重塑与国民性新质的催生构成了当代我国国民教育的三大主途径。
[Abstract]:National character refers to a relatively stable national psychological structure and social character formed naturally or consciously by the people of a certain country in a specific living situation. The debate on national character is the spiritual force that promotes the maturity of modern Chinese, and the national character is the core component of national soft power. National education is a powerful means to promote the uplift of national character, and its educational efficiency is determined by five factors. That is, the function bottom line, the time demand, the environment reference, the model guidance and the cultural cooperation. The task of the contemporary national sex education in our country is to carry out the national community identity education, the national quality education and the national life philosophy education; The cultivation of national character, the remoulding of old national character and the birth of new national character constitute the three main ways of national education in contemporary China.
