【摘要】：正四川省成都市金牛区是国家可持续发展示范区,面积108平方公里,辖15个街道办事处,户籍人口近71万人,常住人口约120万人。全区现有各级各类学校198所,长期以来,金牛区秉承"办好每一所学校,教好每一位学生,成就每一名教师"的教育理念,持续推进教育均衡化、现代化和国际化,着力提高校长领导力、强化教师创造力、发挥家长影响力,努力实现学校有口碑、教师有风范、学生有素养的发展目标,各项教育工作取得积极进展。
[Abstract]:Jinniu District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province is a national demonstration area for sustainable development, with an area of 108km2, with 15 sub-district offices, with a household registration population of nearly 710,000 people and a permanent residence population of about 1.2 million people. Jinniu District adheres to the educational concept of "run every school well, teach every student well, achieve every teacher", continuously promote education equalization, modernization and internationalization, and strive to improve the principal's leadership and strengthen teachers' creativity. Exert the influence of parents, strive to achieve the school has word of mouth, teachers have demeanor, students have the development goal of accomplishment, all kinds of education work has made positive progress.
