近三十年教师尊严研究现状、存在问题及对策

【摘要】：近三十年教师尊严研究深化了对教师尊严的内涵和特征的认识,深刻地把握了导致教师尊严消退的原因,提出了一些具有实践价值的提高教师尊严的建议和措施。但是存在研究成果总量偏少、研究分化不强、研究范围偏窄和研究方法单一等问题。为了实现研究新突破,必须细化研究主题,增强研究的针对性;拓展研究领域,架构研究的系统性;开展交叉研究,提升研究的理论性;改进研究方法,强化研究的适切性。
[Abstract]:In the past 30 years, the research on teachers' dignity has deepened the understanding of the connotation and characteristics of teachers' dignity, and has deeply grasped the reasons leading to the decline of teachers' dignity. This paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve teachers' dignity with practical value. However, there are some problems such as the small amount of research results, the weak differentiation of research, the narrow scope of research and the single research method, etc. In order to achieve a new breakthrough in research, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the dignity of teachers. It is necessary to refine the research theme and strengthen the pertinence of the research; expand the research field and the systematic structure research; carry out cross-research to enhance the theoretical nature of the research; improve the research methods and strengthen the relevance of the research.
