澳大利亚全国统一教师注册制度评析——基于《全国统一教师注册框架》的政策文本解读

【摘要】:澳大利亚全国统一教师注册制度是进一步完善教师质量保障体系、促进教师专业发展标准化的重要举措。本文对澳大利亚《全国统一教师注册框架》政策的背景、内容和特点进行了探讨,认为该政策的出台反映了澳大利亚注重"卓越"和"高素质"的教师专业发展理念、"流动"和"互换"的教师专业成长行动准则及教师专业发展标准化体系建立的发展方向。
[Abstract]:The national uniform teacher registration system in Australia is an important measure to further improve the teacher quality assurance system and promote the standardization of teachers' professional development. The contents and characteristics are discussed. It is considered that the introduction of this policy reflects the development direction of Australian teachers' professional development concept of "excellence" and "high quality", the "flowing" and "exchange" rules of action for teachers' professional growth and the establishment of a standardized system of teacher professional development.
