【摘要】：本文通过对新媒体的定义、新媒体传播的主要特点、新媒体与传统媒体的区别以及目前新媒体主要形式的描述,论述了新媒体环境下网络平台教学资源的优化原则和新媒体环境下优化配置网络信息资源的设想。
