高信息素养教师的需求及供给研究

【摘要】:信息素养的本质是全球信息化需要人们具备的一种基本能力。本文通过分析前人对信息素养标准的界定,综合比较之后,将信息素养的内涵分为三个方面:信息意识、信息技术、信息道德。高信息素养教师必然是同时具备着上述三方面能力的高技能教师。 信息时代及信息社会的发展对高信息素养教师提出需求。包括质量和数量两个方面,而质量上的需求是最主要的需求,主要表现为三方面。首先是,信息时代的发展对全体国民在信息素养上提出了要求。要求公民具有一定的适应经济社会发展的信息意识、信息技术、信息道德。而公民信息素养提升的任务最终是落在了教师的身上。教师作为这一艰巨任务的落实者和承担者必然对自身的信息素养提出了高的要求。其次,教育质量的提高和改善也对高信息素养教师提出了需求。最后,信息化教育和改革也对高信息素养教师提出了需求。在信息化时代,国家对教育的改革必然是信息化的改革,新课程的改革也同样必定走向信息化。高信息素养教师则是信息化改革的最终落实者,教师的信息素养能力的高低,决定着信息化改革的思想及理念能否真正落实到位,决定着改革的成功与否。 高信息素养教师的供给有多种途径,但是师范院校是主要的供给场所。因为,作为教师的预备力量大部分师范生最终将走向教学岗位。因此,作为未来教师的师范生的信息素养的教育和培养就成为必须关注的问题。通过对己有两项调查的比较和综合,发现师范生当前信息素养差,其原因在于:缺少制度上的支持,信息资源缺乏,师范生自身存在不足。 针对高信息素养教师供给不足的问题,本文从宏观、中观、微观分别提出了解决问题的对策。宏观层面,国家及地方政府要注重师范生信息素养的培养,发挥好指导性作用,并制定相关的政策;中观层面:师范院校要为师范生信息素养的培养和教育提供良好的、多样化的信息资源环境,并建立完善的信息素养课程体系;微观层面:师范生要增强自身专业发展意识,提高自觉性。
[Abstract]:The essence of information literacy is a kind of basic ability that people need to possess in the global informatization. This paper, by analyzing the definition of information literacy standard by predecessors and comparing it synthetically, divides the connotation of information literacy into three aspects: information consciousness, Information technology, information morality and high information literacy teachers must be high-skilled teachers with the above three abilities at the same time. In the information age and the development of the information society, the demand for high information literacy teachers is put forward. It includes two aspects: quality and quantity, and the demand for quality is the most important demand, mainly manifested in three aspects. The development of the information age has put forward requirements on the information literacy of all citizens. It requires citizens to have a certain information consciousness and information technology to adapt to the economic and social development. Information morality. But the task of citizens' information literacy improvement ultimately falls on teachers. Teachers, as the implementers and bearers of this arduous task, must put forward high requirements on their own information literacy. Secondly, The improvement and improvement of the quality of education also put forward the demand for the teachers with high information literacy. Finally, the information education and reform also put forward the demand for the teachers of high information literacy. In the information age, the national reform of education must be the reform of information technology. The high information literacy teachers are the ultimate implementers of the information reform. The ability of the teachers' information literacy determines whether the ideas and ideas of the information reform can be truly implemented. The success of the reform determines the success of the reform. There are many ways to supply teachers with high information literacy, but normal colleges and universities are the main supply places. As a preparatory force for teachers, most normal students will eventually go to teaching posts. The education and cultivation of information literacy of teachers' students in the future become a problem that must be paid attention to. Through the comparison and synthesis of two investigations, it is found that the current information literacy of normal school students is poor because of the lack of institutional support. Lack of information resources, normal students themselves are inadequate. Aiming at the problem of insufficient supply of teachers with high information literacy, this paper puts forward countermeasures to solve the problem from macro, meso and micro perspectives. At the macro level, the state and local governments should pay attention to the cultivation of information literacy of normal school students and play a guiding role. At the middle level, normal colleges should provide a good and diversified information resource environment for the cultivation and education of information literacy of normal college students, and establish a perfect information literacy curriculum system. Micro-level: normal students should strengthen their own professional development awareness, improve consciousness.
