上海建桥学院危机干预研究报告

【摘要】：近年来,大学生的心理健康问题引起了全社会的关注,尤其是一些心理危机引发的恶性事件,受到各级部门高度的重视。面对日益突显的大学生心理问题,目前许多高校或设立“心理健康教育中心”或“心理咨询中心”,同时也对其他相关部门提出要求。高校普片建立了“危机预防与危机干预”的机制。当前民办高校是高等教育的一部分,上海建桥学院是上海地区首屈一指的民办高校,对危机预防和危机干预工作非常重视。为完善上海建桥学院危机干预的工作,笔者对上海建桥学院危机干预进行研究。主要采用访谈法,深入到一线。在查阅相关文献资料的基础上,力图通过对上海建桥学院大学生心理危机干预体系的实施过程进行梳理,分析上海建桥学院心理危机干预体系的现状及存在的问题,并结合工作的实践,对目前上海建桥学院的危机干预体系及其运行机制提出建议。为上海建桥学院大学生心理危机干预工作的发展提供有价值的参考性意见。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the psychological health of college students has attracted the attention of the whole society, especially some vicious events caused by psychological crisis, which are highly valued by all levels of departments.Facing the increasingly prominent psychological problems of college students, many colleges and universities have set up "mental health education centers" or "psychological counseling centers", and at the same time request other relevant departments.The mechanism of crisis prevention and crisis intervention has been established in colleges and universities.At present, private colleges and universities are a part of higher education, and Shanghai Jianqiao University is the leading private university in Shanghai, which attaches great importance to crisis prevention and crisis intervention.In order to perfect the crisis intervention of Shanghai Bridge Building College, the author studied the crisis intervention of Shanghai Bridge Building College.Mainly use interview method, go deep into the front line.On the basis of consulting relevant literature, this paper tries to analyze the current situation and existing problems of the psychological crisis intervention system of Shanghai Jianqiao University by combing the implementation process of the psychological crisis intervention system of Shanghai Jianqiao University.Combined with the practice of the work, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the crisis intervention system and its operating mechanism of Shanghai Bridge Building College.To provide valuable advice for the development of psychological crisis intervention in Shanghai Construction Bridge College.
