【摘要】:文章从绩效的视角探索高职类微课资源的设计原则、注意事项及设计流程。绩效导向的高职类微课资源的设计主要遵循微型化原则、开放性原则、实效性原则;绩效导向的高职类微课资源的设计流程主要包括明确教学理念、分析教学内容、编写绩效目标、制定教学策略、选择教学媒体、选择制作工具、开展绩效评价等。
[Abstract]:This paper explores the design principles, matters needing attention and design flow of microcourse resources in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of performance. The design of performance-oriented micro-course resources in higher vocational colleges mainly follows the principles of miniaturization, openness and effectiveness, while the design process of performance-oriented micro-course resources in higher vocational colleges mainly includes clarifying teaching ideas and analyzing teaching contents. Writing performance goals, formulating teaching strategies, choosing teaching media, making tools, developing performance evaluation and so on.
