中国义务教育阶段家庭教育投入的成本收益研究

【摘要】：改革开放以来，中国的教育事业蒸蒸日上，取得了卓越的成就。随着中国社会主义市场经济的迅猛发展，政府对义务教育的重视程度也有了显著的变化。中国为了将文化大国发展成为文化强国，义务教育是基础。中国政府普及义务教育最根本的目的就是让更多的人有机会、有条件接受平等、良好的教育，从而确保社会公平与和谐。本文将中国家庭义务教育阶段的成本分为直接成本和间接成本两部分，在此基础上对城乡家庭成本进行比较分析，从而总结出家庭总成本的核算公式；又对家庭收益及其构成进行分析，并对其作出评价；本文的重点在于依据“成本-收益”理论，，总结收益率的计量公式，并根据中国的国情对收益率进行理性的分析。通过这一系列的论述，我们不得不承认目前中国的义务教育投入依然存在许多问题，政府投入的不足和私人投入过高是造成这些问题的重要因素。最后本文在对家庭投入的成本、收益以及收益率分析的基础上，为中国当前义务教育阶段家庭教育投入的现状提出合理的建议，也为中国各地区义务教育的发展提供一些参考。以往的研究大多是为了求出教育的投资收益率，以测度教育的经济价值，然而关于教育的消费性收益以及外部性收益的研究还略显欠缺。通过本文的研究可以有针对性的对义务教育的投入与收益进行分析，着重考虑其消费性收益，重视对中小学生精神领域的感染和价值观的培养，因而具有重要的现实意义。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's educational undertakings are booming and have made remarkable achievements. With the rapid development of China's socialist market economy, the government's emphasis on compulsory education has changed significantly. Compulsory education is the foundation for China to develop a cultural power into a cultural power. The fundamental goal of the Chinese government in popularizing compulsory education is to make more people have the opportunity to receive equal and good education, so as to ensure social fairness and harmony. This paper divides the cost of Chinese family compulsory education into two parts: direct cost and indirect cost. On this basis, the author makes a comparative analysis of the cost of urban and rural families, and sums up the calculation formula of total family cost. The paper also analyzes and evaluates the family income and its composition. The emphasis of this paper is to sum up the measurement formula of the rate of return according to the theory of "cost and income", and to carry on the rational analysis of the rate of return according to the national conditions of China. Through this series of discussions, we have to admit that there are still many problems in China's compulsory education investment at present, and the insufficiency of government investment and the excessive private investment are the important factors that cause these problems. Finally, based on the analysis of the cost, income and return rate of family investment, this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the current situation of family education investment in the stage of compulsory education in China, and also provides some references for the development of compulsory education in various regions of China. Most of the previous studies are to find out the rate of return on investment in education in order to measure the economic value of education. However, the study on the consumption income and external income of education is still slightly lacking. Through the research of this paper, we can analyze the investment and income of compulsory education, focus on the consumption income, and attach importance to the cultivation of spiritual field and values of primary and middle school students, so it has important practical significance.
