【摘要】：正据德国《明镜周刊》2014年9月2日报道,近日,联邦政府在内阁会议上通过了第二十五版《联邦教育促进法》修正法的草案。本次修正法的内容主要包括两个部分:一是联邦政府将独自承担助学金的费用;二是对中小学生和大学生的资助进行实质和结构上的改革。从2015年开始,联邦政府将全权负责助学金的财政支出,每年为州政府减轻12亿欧元的财政压力。此外,联邦政府还将为各州的教育事业,尤
[Abstract]:According to the German weekly Der Spiegel on September 2, 2014, the federal government recently adopted the draft of the 25 edition of the Federal Law on the Promotion of Education at a cabinet meeting. The content of this amendment law mainly includes two parts: one is that the federal government will bear the expenses of the stipend alone; the other is the reform of the substance and structure of the financial aid for primary and middle school students and college students. Starting in 2015, the federal government will have full responsibility for funding grants, reducing fiscal pressure on state governments by 1.2 billion euros a year.
