教育中文化多样性治理:三种北美理论模式的比较

【摘要】：在全球化时代,文化多样性的治理已成为世界各国教育政策的热点议题,但有关教育政策理念的系统研究在我国至今较为薄弱。在文化多样性的北美,20世纪60年代以来不断关注该议题,至今形成了旨在培养文化多样性的三种教育模式,即文化互动教育模式、多元文化教育模式和反种族主义教育模式。三种模式都聚焦文化多样性,但各有侧重和历史贡献,值得我国酌情借鉴。其中,反种族主义模式最富有系统性和批判性,但较为激进,多元文化模式所产生的国际影响和目前遭遇的争议较大,文化互动模式则为联合国教科文组织等国际组织所倡导,也较为符合我国的历史传统和教育实际需要。
[Abstract]:In the era of globalization, the governance of cultural diversity has become a hot topic in the educational policies of all countries in the world. However, the systematic study of educational policy ideas has been relatively weak in our country. In North America of cultural diversity, since 1960s, three educational models have been formed to cultivate cultural diversity. Cultural interaction education model, multicultural education model and anti racism education model. The three models all focus on cultural diversity, but each has its own emphasis and historical contribution, which is worthy of our country's discretion. Among them, the most systematic and critical of the anti racism model, but more radical, the international influence and goal of the multicultural model. The previous disputes are great, and the mode of cultural interaction is advocated by the UNESCO and other international organizations. It is also in line with the historical traditions of our country and the actual needs of education.
