地方高校智库建设中的四种关系论析

【摘要】：地方高校智库建设必须立足自身和地方经济社会发展实际,坚持扬长避短,正确处理智库建设中的若干关系。让合作找到结合点,正确处理高校特色与地方特点的关系;让研究找到转化点,正确处理理论研究与应用研究的关系;让人才找到发力点,正确处理人才培养和人才使用的关系;让发展找到生长点,正确处理立足地方与面向全局的关系。通过建设,使智库成为地方高校自身的软实力和学科建设的新标志。
[Abstract]:The construction of local colleges and universities think tanks must be based on their own and local economic and social development reality, adhere to the strengths and circumvent weaknesses, correctly deal with a number of relationships in the construction of think tanks. Let cooperation find the joint point, correctly handle the relationship between university characteristics and local characteristics; let research find a transformation point, correctly handle the relationship between theoretical research and applied research; and let talent find a point of strength. Correctly deal with the relationship between talent training and talent use, let the development find the growing point, correctly handle the relationship between the local and the overall situation. Through the construction, the think-tank becomes the new symbol of soft power and discipline construction of local colleges and universities.
