初中生学校道德氛围、道德推脱与攻击行为的关系

【摘要】:初中生的攻击行为一直都是公众关注的焦点,探讨与之相关的变量是非常有实践意义的研究。目前为止,有关攻击行为的研究已经非常丰富了,所以本文在此基础上选取了研究成果相对较少的道德这一领域,具体是学校道德氛围与道德推脱这两个变量。旨在通过研究这两个变量与攻击行为之间的关系,最终能够为教学实践提出一些指导性的建议。 本研究采用问卷调查法进行研究,具体选取了山西省某所中学的550个被试,共收回491份有效问卷。通过数据分析,得到以下结论: (1)学校道德氛围中的归属感在性别上有显著性差异,女生的归属感高于男生;在对公平、帮助以及理解这三个维度的感知上,初一学生显著高于初三学生;在对民主、纪律这两个维度上,初一学生显著小于初三学生。 (2)道德推脱在性别上有显著性差异,男性的道德推脱水平显著高于女性的道德推脱水平,且有性别和年级的交互作用。 (3)攻击行为在性别上有显著性差异,且男生的攻击水平显著的高于女生的攻击水平;在年级上也有显著性差异,且初三年级学生的攻击水平显著高于初一学生的攻击水平。 (4)学校道德氛围与攻击行为有显著负相关,与道德推脱有显著负相关;道德推脱与攻击行为有显著正相关。 (5)道德合理化、尊重、非人性化、诚信、责任转移、宽恕以及纪律这几个维度对攻击行为有显著的预测作用,其中道德合理化的预测性最好。
[Abstract]:The aggressive behavior of junior high school students has always been the focus of public attention, and it is of great practical significance to explore the related variables. So far, the research on aggressive behavior has been very rich, so this paper selects the field of morality, which has relatively few research achievements, specifically the school moral atmosphere and moral deduction of these two variables. Through the study of the relationship between these two variables and aggressive behavior, some instructive suggestions can be put forward for teaching practice. In this study, a total of 491 valid questionnaires were collected from 550 subjects in a middle school in Shanxi Province. Through data analysis, the following conclusions are reached: (1) the sense of belonging in the school moral atmosphere is significantly different in gender, the sense of belonging of girls is higher than that of boys; the perception of fairness, help and understanding among junior high school students is significantly higher than that of junior high school students; and the sense of belonging of girls is higher than that of junior high school students. Discipline in these two dimensions, junior high school students are significantly smaller than the third grade students. (2) there is significant difference in the gender of moral deduction, the level of male moral deduction is significantly higher than that of female, and there is the interaction between gender and grade. (3) there were significant differences in aggressive behavior between male and female students, and the level of male students' aggression was significantly higher than that of girls', and the level of junior high school students' attack level was significantly higher than that of junior high school students. 4) the school moral atmosphere has a significant negative correlation with aggressive behavior, a significant negative correlation with moral deduction, and a significant positive correlation between moral deduction and aggressive behavior. 5) the dimensions of moral rationalization, respect, dehumanization, honesty, responsibility transfer, forgiveness and discipline have significant predictive effects on aggressive behavior, among which moral rationalization is the most predictable.
