高职新生心理测试结果分析及心理教育对策研究——以南京信息职业技术学院为例

【摘要】：本文采用大学生人格问卷(UPI)和症状自评量表(SCL-90),对南京信息职业技术学院2011、2012和2013级新生进行调查,并对结果进行横向比较。UPI结果显示连续三年一类学生大约占学生总人数的9%左右。SCL-90结果显示,约有11%的学生总分高,主要心理问题集中在情绪、身心障碍及人际关系等几方面。本文根据测试结果分析并总结出有针对性的新生心理健康教育方法。
[Abstract]:By using the personality questionnaire (UPI) and the symptom Checklist-90 (SCL-90), the authors investigated the freshmen of classes 2012 and 2013 in Nanjing Institute of Information Technology. The results showed that about 9% of the students in the first class accounted for about 9% of the total number of students for three consecutive years. The results showed that 11% of the students had high total scores, and the main psychological problems were mainly in the aspects of emotion, physical and mental disorders and interpersonal relationships. According to the test results, this paper analyzes and summarizes the methods of mental health education for freshmen.
