微课在石油企业员工培训中的应用探讨

【摘要】：微课这种新的教学资源的兴起,引起了传统教学方式的悄然变革。企业员工培训也应该尝试引入微课这种教学资源。本文从微课的概念与特点出发,就如何把微课引入员工培训,如何开发微课,以及在引入微课培训中,应该注意的问题展开了探讨,以求对传统培训模式进行一些改革。
[Abstract]:The rise of new teaching resources of micro-class has caused the change of traditional teaching methods. Enterprise staff training should also try to introduce micro-teaching resources. Starting from the concept and characteristics of micro-class, this paper discusses how to introduce micro-class into staff training, how to develop micro-class, and some problems that should be paid attention to in the process of introducing micro-class training, in order to reform the traditional training mode.
