论区域教师发展支持系统的建设——基于上海市浦东新区的改革实践

【摘要】：区域教师发展支持系统是指在一定行政区域内,以某一机构为主要载体,对教师群体专业发展发挥支撑功能的有机整体。上海市浦东教育发展研究院教师发展中心从区域教师发展支持系统建设的背景、依据、思路、框架设计等方面系统思考,构建了较有成效的教师发展支持系统。其区域教师发展支持系统建设的背景分析主要基于区域教师发展、区域教师教育机构发展的需求;体系建设依据主要包括政策、理论与实践三方面的依据;建设思路主要是加强整合、完善功能、凸显绩效;系统架构主要包括教师发展研究、教师专业指导、服务质量监测等三大部分。
[Abstract]:The regional teacher development support system refers to an organic whole which plays a supporting function to the professional development of the teacher group in a certain administrative region with a certain organization as the main carrier. The teacher Development Center of Shanghai Pudong Education Development Research Institute has systematically considered the background, basis, train of thought and frame design of the regional teacher development support system, and has constructed a more effective teacher development support system. The background analysis of the construction of the regional teacher development support system is mainly based on the regional teacher development and the needs of the development of the regional teacher education institutions, and the system construction is based on three aspects: policy, theory and practice. The main idea of the construction is to strengthen the integration, perfect the function, highlight the performance; the system structure mainly includes the teacher development research, the teacher professional guidance, the service quality monitoring and so on.
