21世纪以来澳大利亚教师专业“标准化运动”:产生、演变及特征

【摘要】：基于提高教师质量、促进教师专业发展以及完善教师教育体系的诉求,澳大利亚自21世纪以来陆续颁布了一系列教师专业标准,在国内掀起了教师专业"标准化运动"。纵观十余年来的发展变化,澳大利亚教师专业"标准化运动"可分为三个阶段——起步阶段、形成阶段和发展阶段。通过对整个发展演变过程的透析可以看出,澳大利亚教师专业"标准化运动"体现出多方面特征,即标准化与多样化并存、"全过程"的标准化、多方力量统筹与协作等。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the quality of teachers, promote the professional development of teachers and perfect the system of teacher education, Australia has promulgated a series of professional standards for teachers since the 21st century. Looking at the development and changes in the past ten years, the "standardization movement" of Australian teachers' specialty can be divided into three stages-the initial stage, the forming stage and the developing stage. Through the analysis of the whole process of development and evolution, it can be seen that the standardization movement of Australian teachers' specialty embodies many characteristics, that is, the coexistence of standardization and diversification, the standardization of "whole process", the coordination and cooperation of various forces and so on.
