应届毕业生择业自我效能感及择业内隐、外显态度的研究

【摘要】:职业选择是应届毕业生从学校跨越到社会时需要面对的重要课题。进入新世纪,我国的高校就业形势越发严峻。此现象背后折射出的问题除了教育、社会、家庭方面的外部因素之外,应届毕业生自身的择业心理状态更应该得到足够重视,而这也是目前高校就业指导中较少关注的。了解应届毕业生的择业心理状态及其相关影响因素,对于职业心理学领域的研究以及改善我国的就业形势至关重要。择业自我效能感是指个体对实现与择业相关任务所需能力的自我评估。它在择业和生涯规划领域中发挥着巨大的作用,特别是对择业态度等方面都会产生一定的影响。 本研究采用问卷调查、实验法、访谈法,以《择业效能感简式量表》、自编的《应届毕业生择业态度问卷》、GNAT内隐联想范式为工具,主要以陕西师范大学的本科、硕士应届毕业生为被试,探讨了应届毕业生的择业自我效能感及择业内隐、外显态度的现况,并进一步考察了择业自我效能感与择业外显态度之间、择业的内隐、外显态度之间的关系,得出了以下结果: (1)自编的《应届毕业生择业态度问卷》共包含求职中的行为倾向、求职中的思想状态、求职中的消极情绪3因素,与前人关于态度的自编问卷结构基本一致; (2)应届毕业生择业自我效能感总体得分偏低,除了性别在解决问题维度上存在0.05水平显著性差异外,择业自我效能感各维度在性别、本科生/硕士生、专业方面不存在显著差异; (3)应届毕业生的择业外显态度呈显著消极水平,在人口统计学变量上均不存在差异,可知当前应届毕业生对于“找工作”持回避和焦虑的心态; (4)应届毕业生的择业自我效能感与择业外显态度之间存在显著的正相关关系,前者对于后者的形成具有突出的影响; (5)应届毕业生的择业外显态度在一定程度上具有预测求职行为的趋势; (6)应届毕业生的择业内隐态度也呈现显著消极水平,其与择业外显态度存在较低的正相关关系,但没有达到显著性水平,反映出二者的分离关系。
[Abstract]:Career choice is an important subject that graduates have to face when they leap from school to society. Entering the new century, the employment situation of colleges and universities in China is becoming more and more severe. In addition to the external factors of education, society and family, the psychological state of the graduates should be paid more attention to, which is less attention in the employment guidance of colleges and universities. It is very important for the study of vocational psychology and the improvement of the employment situation of our country to understand the psychological state of choosing a job and its related influencing factors. Job-choosing self-efficacy refers to the self-assessment of the ability of individuals to achieve tasks related to career selection. It plays a great role in the field of career selection and career planning, especially in the attitude of career selection. In this study, questionnaires, experiments and interviews were used, and the GNAT implicit Association Paradigm was used as the tool of the Self-compiled questionnaire on the attitude of graduates to choose careers, which was mainly based on the undergraduate course of Shaanxi normal University. This paper discusses the present situation of self-efficacy and implicit and explicit attitude in choosing jobs, and further studies the implicit attitude of choosing jobs between self-efficacy and explicit attitude in choosing jobs, and then discusses the relationship between self-efficacy and explicit attitude in choosing jobs, and the relationship between self-efficacy and explicit attitude in choosing jobs, and the relationship between self-efficacy and explicit attitude in choosing jobs, as well as the implicit attitude in choosing jobs. The results are as follows: 1) the self-compiled questionnaire on the attitude of graduates to choose a career includes three factors: behavioral tendency, mental state and negative emotion in job search. The overall score of self-efficacy of the graduates was low, except for the significant difference of 0.05 level in the problem solving dimension between the two sexes. There was no significant difference in gender, undergraduate / master degree, major in every dimension of self-efficacy of job selection, and there was significant negative level of explicit attitude in career selection of fresh graduates, but there was no difference in demographic variables. It can be seen that the current graduates have an attitude of avoidance and anxiety about "looking for a job". (4) there is a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and explicit attitude in choosing a job. The former has a prominent influence on the formation of the latter. (6) the implicit attitude of graduates in choosing jobs also showed a significant negative level, and there was a lower positive correlation between the implicit attitude and the explicit attitude of choosing jobs, but it did not reach the level of significance, reflecting the separation of the two.
