欠发达地区中小学教育信息化动态反馈的系统分析

【摘要】:为提升农村学校教育信息化的应用水平,该文采用德尔菲法和问卷法对江西省欠发达地区部分中小学校教育信息化的现状进行了调查,获得了影响这些学校教育信息化发展的主要因素,并借助系统动力学相关理论及基模分析方法,建构了欠发达地区中小学教育信息化系统的成长上限基模和消除这一成长上限基模的对策基模,提出要推动欠发达地区中小学校教育信息化的有效开展,领导者的理念、决策层的政策措施以及经费的投入是关键因素。对推动欠发达地区中小学教育信息化提供更为系统、科学、准确的解决思路。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the application level of rural school education informatization, this paper adopts Delphi method and questionnaire method to investigate the current situation of primary and secondary school education informatization in less developed areas of Jiangxi Province. The main factors influencing the development of school education informatization are obtained, and the relevant theories of system dynamics and the basic model analysis method are used. This paper constructs the upper-bound growth model of primary and secondary school education information system in underdeveloped areas and the countermeasures to eliminate it, and puts forward the idea of leaders to promote the effective development of educational informatization in primary and secondary schools in underdeveloped areas. The policy measures at the decision-making level and the investment of funds are the key factors. It provides a more systematic, scientific and accurate solution to promote the informatization of primary and secondary education in underdeveloped areas.
