高校辅导员对大学生心理疾病存在的反思

【摘要】：通过文献资料法、专家访谈法及实践法等研究方法对高校大学生心理疾病的诱因及干预策略进行研究。研究认为,校园环境、个人理想的实现度及性格是诱发大学生心理疾病的主要因素,因此,在对大学生心理疾病的干预中,应充分认识到干预的重要性,以及要发挥辅导员的作用。
[Abstract]:Through the methods of literature, expert interview and practice, the inducement and intervention strategy of college students' mental illness were studied. The study holds that the campus environment, the degree of realization of individual ideal and personality are the main factors inducing college students' mental illness. Therefore, the importance of intervention should be fully recognized in the intervention of college students' mental illness. And to play the role of counselors.
