Mathematica应用于生物医学统计互动教学

【摘要】:Mathematica是一款功能强大的数学软件,不仅具有丰富的统计检验函数,还可以方便、快速地制作幻灯片课件。该软件提供了以Manipulate为代表的一系列动画制作函数,用户可通过极少量的代码生成交互式动画。介绍了如何使用该软件制作图文并茂的课件,并通过3个实例展示了其动态演示特性在生物医学统计课堂教学中的应用。该动态演示特性可极大地提高课堂教学的互动性。除此之外,Mathematica软件还具有丰富的在线教学资源、多样化的文件分发格式及免费的Player软件等诸多优点,非常有利于生物医学统计课程的教学。
[Abstract]:Mathematica is a powerful mathematical software, not only has a rich statistical test function, but also can be convenient and rapid to make slide courseware. The software provides a series of animation functions represented by Manipulate, and users can generate interactive animation through a very small amount of code. This paper introduces how to use this software to make courseware with pictures and texts, and shows the application of its dynamic demonstration characteristics in the teaching of biomedical statistics class through three examples. This dynamic demonstration feature can greatly improve the interaction of classroom teaching. In addition, the software of Mathematica also has many advantages, such as abundant online teaching resources, diversified file distribution format and free Player software, which is very beneficial to the teaching of biomedical statistics course.
