国内农村教师质量研究:主要内容与未来方向

【摘要】：近年来,农村教师质量研究成为国内农村教育研究领域的一大热点。国内以往相关研究所涉及的主要内容有农村教师质量现状、农村教师质量问题成因、农村教师质量提升策略三个层面。研究虽取得较为丰硕的成果,但尚存在内涵不够明确、内容不够深入、视野比较狭窄、方法比较单一等不足之处。今后相关研究要明确农村教师质量的内涵,深化研究内容,开展比较研究,整合研究方法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, rural teacher quality research has become a hot spot in the field of rural education research. The main contents of related researches in China include the current situation of rural teachers' quality, the causes of rural teachers' quality problems, and the strategies of improving rural teachers' quality. Although the research has made a lot of achievements, there are still some shortcomings, such as the connotation is not clear enough, the content is not deep enough, the field of vision is relatively narrow, and the method is relatively single. In the future, we should make clear the connotation of rural teacher quality, deepen the research content, carry out comparative research and integrate research methods.
