唤醒基层教师信息技术应用能力提升的内在力量——以中西部基层教师教育信息化草根共同体为例

【摘要】:如何使教师由被动接受培训转变为主动学习探索,提升教师的信息技术应用能力,形成主动应用的机制,是当前教育信息化发展和教师信息技术培训面临的关键问题。柳州课件中心组,作为一个地处我国中西部地区的教育信息化草根共同体,不仅基层教师在参与中获得发展,更以民间骨干教师团队为主体,推动了区域教师信息技术应用能力的提升。组织结构的半开放性、强烈的主体性、成员的差异性、活动参与的自发性、专业成长的可见性、思想方法的辐射性是该共同体的突出特征。经研究发现,其成长与发展与以下几方面密切相关:立足基层教师,建立民主的交流平台和平等的对话机制;关注基层需求,采用灵活的内容设计与流动弹性的活动组织方式;基于共同愿景,良好的共享文化保证了活动的持续开展;依赖去中心化,以多层次的参与方式实现自我效能的提升;藉由技术优势,以多重交流持续构建情感依赖型精神家园。该研究对于唤醒基层教师的内在力量,主动提升信息技术应用能力有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:How to change teachers from passive training to active learning, improve teachers' ability to apply information technology and form a mechanism of active application are the key problems in the development of education information and teachers' information technology training. The Liuzhou Courseware Center Group, as a grass-roots community of educational informatization in the central and western regions of China, not only develops in the participation of grass-roots teachers, but also takes the civil backbone teachers team as the main body. It promotes the regional teachers' ability to apply information technology. The prominent features of the community are the semi-openness of the organization structure, the strong subjectivity, the difference of the members, the spontaneity of the activity participation, the visibility of the professional growth and the radiance of the thought method. Through the research, it is found that its growth and development are closely related to the following aspects: establishing democratic communication platform and equal dialogue mechanism based on grass-roots teachers, paying attention to grass-roots needs, adopting flexible content design and flexible activity organization mode; Based on the common vision, a good shared culture ensures the sustained development of activities; relying on decentralization, multi-level participation to achieve self-efficacy enhancement; through technical advantages, multi-level exchanges to build a continuous emotional dependent spiritual home. This research has certain reference significance for arousing the inner strength of basic level teachers and actively promoting the ability of applying information technology.
