教育部:将建立“绩分银行”促进教师志愿服务

【摘要】：正教育部近日发布《关于教师参与志愿服务活动的指导意见》,鼓励教师成为注册志愿者,建立教师志愿服务"绩分银行",对教师志愿服务活动进行认证和登记,有关表现可在教师考核评价中予以参考。意见强调,要结合教师职业特点和优势,发挥教师志愿服务的示范效应和育人功能,立足教育,服务社会,将志愿服务与促进学生成长相结合,与提升教师品德修养和学识水平相结合,努力做党和人民满意的好老师。同时,意见指出,教师志愿服务活动坚持自愿原则和量力原则,讲求实效,尽力而为。学校领导和党员教师应率先参加志愿服务活动,发挥模范带头作用。
[Abstract]:The Ministry of Education has recently issued "guidelines on Teachers' participation in Voluntary Service" to encourage teachers to become registered volunteers, to set up a "performance Bank" for teachers' volunteer service, and to certify and register teachers' voluntary service activities. The related performance can be referred to in the evaluation of teachers. It was stressed that it was necessary to combine the professional characteristics and advantages of teachers, give play to the demonstration effect and educating function of teachers' volunteer service, base themselves on education and serve the society, and combine volunteer service with promoting students' growth. With the improvement of teachers' moral and academic level, strive to be the party and the people's satisfaction of good teachers. At the same time, the opinion points out that teachers' voluntary service activities adhere to the principle of voluntary and quantitative, pay attention to practical results, and do their best. School leaders and Party members and teachers should take the lead in voluntary service activities and play an exemplary and leading role.
