基于双目标规划法的级别工资模型的建立与优化

【摘要】:文章针对教师薪酬实施方案管理问题,采用双目标规划法,兼顾工资刚性原则、同级别教师薪酬阻滞增长性质,考虑通胀因素建立模型,求得教师工资制度模型和过渡时期转变程序。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of implementing the scheme management of teacher's salary, this paper adopts the method of double-objective programming, takes into account the principle of wage rigidity, blocks the growth nature of teachers' compensation at the same level, and establishes a model considering the inflation factor. Get the teacher wage system model and transition process.
