美国边缘教师督导困境及改进方案

【摘要】:边缘教师是美国教师队伍中的特殊群体,直接关系到美国基础教育质量底线。对边缘教师督导使管理者陷入督导的两难境地:帮助边缘教师改进教学的同时还要兼顾其被解聘的可能。管理者必须运用区别于优秀教师的督导方案,对边缘教师督导特殊性和改进方案进行系统剖析。
[Abstract]:Marginal teacher is a special group of American teachers, which is directly related to the bottom line of American basic education quality. The supervision of marginal teachers puts managers in the dilemma of supervision: helping marginal teachers to improve their teaching, but also taking into account the possibility of their dismissal. Managers must use the supervision scheme which is different from the excellent teachers to analyze systematically the particularity and improvement scheme of the marginal teachers' supervision.
