理解与对话:课堂教学的意蕴

【摘要】:理解和对话是人存在的一种方式,个体在理解和对话中实现思想、精神和心理的沟通交流。课堂教学中的理解和对话是一种意义生成过程和视域融合过程。现实课堂教学中凸显出理解和对话的欠缺:知识意义理解与生成的缺失;个体精神引领与建构的缺乏;师生关系理解与建构的缺位;自我建构与理解缺少。建构充满理解和对话的课堂教学是师生共同的责任,双方需要努力做到:以爱为基,严宽相济;以人为"镜",以己为"师";己所悦纳,亦给予人;对话交流,消减误解。
[Abstract]:Understanding and dialogue is a way of human existence, in which the individual realizes the communication of thought, spirit and psychology. Understanding and dialogue in classroom teaching is a process of meaning generation and horizon fusion. The lack of understanding and dialogue is highlighted in real classroom teaching: the lack of understanding and generation of knowledge meaning, the lack of guidance and construction of individual spirit, the lack of understanding and construction of teacher-student relationship, and the lack of self-construction and understanding. It is the common responsibility of teachers and students to construct a classroom teaching full of understanding and dialogue. Both sides need to work hard to achieve: love as the basis, strict leniency and justice; "mirror" for people, "teachers" for themselves; acceptance for oneself, giving for others; dialogue and communication, reducing misunderstanding.
