论教育管理决策的科学化

【摘要】：教育管理决策是否正确、科学,成为教育管理活动的前提保障。在界定教育管理决策科学化概念的基础上,认为教育管理决策的科学化,不仅仅要对决策结果实施后进行评价反馈,还需要在决策结果实施前进行判断评价,保证教育管理决策的科学合理性,即要具备"教育是培养人"的理念标准、"相关利益者均参与"的伦理标准和"满足教育和需求"的价值标准。走向科学化的教育管理决策的途径包括:丰富决策主体的内涵,使之由单一主体转变为多元主体;树立正确的教育理念,尊重学生的发展需求;把握决策问题本质,依据教育发展规律决策;利用现代科技手段,广泛收集决策信息;严格遵循决策程序,灵活运用科学的决策方式方法;采取集体协商方式,建立开放和民主的决策环境。
[Abstract]:Whether educational management decision-making is correct or not, science, becomes the premise guarantee of educational management activity. On the basis of defining the concept of scientific decision-making in educational management, it is considered that the scientific decision-making in educational management requires not only the feedback of evaluation after the implementation of the decision-making result, but also the judgment and evaluation before the implementation of the decision-making result. To ensure the scientific rationality of educational management decision-making, it is necessary to have the ideal standard of "education is to cultivate people", the ethical standard of "participation of all relevant stakeholders" and the value standard of "satisfying education and demand". The approaches to scientific educational management decision-making include: enriching the connotation of the decision-making subject, transforming it from a single subject to a multi-subject, setting up a correct educational concept and respecting the development needs of students; To grasp the essence of decision-making problem, to make decision-making according to the law of educational development, to collect decision-making information widely by means of modern science and technology, to strictly follow the decision-making procedure and to use scientific decision-making methods flexibly. Establish an open and democratic decision-making environment through collective consultation.
