基础教育公共服务满意度研究述评

【摘要】:满意度正在成为基础教育公共服务绩效评估的一种新取向,而这种新取向与目前的学业质量评估相比不只是主体上的差异,更是深层次上的价值取向差异。也正是由于牵涉价值取向,社会学、教育学、管理学等多学科视角为科学构建基础教育公共服务满意度测评思路方法提供了借鉴。但目前基础教育满意度研究仍然相对薄弱,作为证据的研究空间很大,尤其是在收集尽量细分的多种类型数据、合理推断影响满意度的多类别因素之间的相关关系、科学使用测评结果等方面。
[Abstract]:Satisfaction is becoming a new orientation of public service performance evaluation in basic education, and this new orientation is not only the difference of subject, but also the difference of value orientation in deep level compared with the current academic quality evaluation. It is precisely because of the value orientation, sociology, pedagogy, management and other multi-disciplinary perspective for the scientific construction of basic education public service satisfaction evaluation methods provide a reference. However, at present, the research on basic education satisfaction is still relatively weak, and the research space as evidence is very large, especially in the collection of as many types of data as possible, and reasonably infer the correlation between the multi-category factors that affect satisfaction.
