个体经验与城市认知:农民工子女眼中的城市

【摘要】：本文运用文本分析法,通过分析农民工子女在命题作文中记述的"进城经历",探讨了农民工子女的个体经验与城市认知之间的关系。研究发现,经由个体经验所构建的城市认知,与农民工子女通过大众传播与人际传播所形成的城市认知发生了冲突,并在他们心中造成了认知失调:对城市的繁华与文明充满渴望和向往,同时又惧怕甚至厌恶城市的繁华与文明。认知失调引发身份认同的危机,由此产生了防御性认同和进取性认同。但防御性认同仅使农民工子女获得暂时的心理平衡,并不能缓和认同的危机;进取性认同作为一种激励性力量,可激发农民工子女向上流动的愿望,但现存户籍制度和教育制度限制了他们向上流动的机会。
[Abstract]:By using the text analysis method, this paper discusses the relationship between the individual experience of migrant workers' children and the cognition of the city by analyzing the "experience of entering the city" described by the children of migrant workers in their propositions. It is found that the urban cognition constructed by individual experience conflicts with the urban cognition formed by the children of migrant workers through mass communication and interpersonal communication, and causes cognitive disorders in their minds: they are full of desire and yearning for the prosperity and civilization of the city, and at the same time fear or even hate the prosperity and civilization of the city. Cognitive disorder leads to the crisis of identity, which produces defensive identity and enterprising identity. However, defensive identity only makes the children of migrant workers obtain temporary psychological balance, and can not ease the crisis of identity. As an incentive force, enterprising identity can stimulate the desire of migrant workers' children to move upward, but the existing household registration system and education system limit their opportunities to move upward.
