国际“数字鸿沟”研究的现状、热点及前沿分析——兼论对教育信息化及教育均衡发展的启示

【摘要】：通过以科学引文数据库(WOS)为数据来源,对"数字鸿沟"(Digital Divide)为主题的1741篇外文文献进行文献计量分析以及共被引分析,绘制了国际数字鸿沟研究领域的知识图谱,对国际数字鸿沟领域的研究现状、热点、关键文献及前沿进行了全方位、系统的分析与解读。研究发现:数字鸿沟是一个全球性的问题,自上世纪末以来,全球各领域学者对数字鸿沟问题开展了广泛研究,其中,欧美国家的研究者在数字鸿沟研究领域具有突出贡献;国际数字鸿沟的研究热点,包括"数字鸿沟的定义和内涵"、"不同群体使用互联网的差异"、"数字鸿沟的成因及演变"以及"数字鸿沟的社会影响";国际数字鸿沟研究领域的前沿主要包括:"新媒体应用引发的信息社会不公平问题"、"第二道数字鸿沟及其弥合策略的研究"以及"发展中国家的数字鸿沟研究"三个方面。基于上述分析结果,提出了几点对促进教育信息化及教育均衡发展的建议。
[Abstract]:According to Science Citation Database (WOS) as the data source, the "digital divide" (Digital Divide) bibliometric analysis 1741 articles about foreign literature as the theme and co citation analysis, knowledge of international digital divide research field is drawn. The hot research status of international digital divide in the field of literature, the key and the front a comprehensive analysis and interpretation system, the study found that: the digital divide is a global problem, since the end of last century, the scholars in various fields have carried out extensive research on the digital divide among researchers in Europe and the United States has outstanding contribution in the field of digital divide research; research focus of international digital divide ", including the definition and connotation of" digital divide "difference", different groups use the Internet, "the origin and evolution of" digital divide "digital gap and social influence"; the international digital divide. The frontier in the field include: "lead to the application of new media in the information society unfair question", "study" the second digital divide and its strategy and the "digital divide" Research on developing countries three. Based on the above analysis, put forward several points to promote the balanced development of education information and education proposals.
