【摘要】:现代技术与社交媒体已经成为了生活中不可缺少的部分。利用现代科技和社交媒体辅助语言学习也很普遍。本研究的目标是了解某一个社交媒体平台(Instagram)上的内容和活动对全球汉语学习者的学习过程的影响。在这三年的学习与研究过程中,笔者研究了许多辅助汉语学习的非正式项目。基于社交媒体(Youtube,Facebook或Instagram上)的项目只有几个;而且完全没有基于Instagram平台的项目。研究设计基于几个假设:社交媒体会成为支持非正式汉语学习过程的有效方式,因为它有助提供日常生活中的内容;而通过提供与真实生活相关的学习内容,可以影响到语言学习者的动机和进步。基于这些假设,制定的三个研究问题如下:1.在基于社会媒体的语言学习过程当中,哪些视觉辅助工具(visual aids)能利于汉语学习?2.学习者与这些视觉辅助工具的互动如何?3.哪种视觉辅助工具和活动会受不同学习者的欢迎,并如何迎合不同学习者的需要?应用第二语言习得理论、认知科学理论和社交媒体营销实践的结合,研究中设计了 一个专门的课程项目。此项目把Instagram社交媒体平台上的用户作为学习者,进行了为期9个月的在线课程活动。课程内容包括460个视觉辅助工具,每日更新。此课程引起了 6000多个国内外学习者的关注。学习者互动和视觉辅助工具的表现通过了两个分析阶段:定量分析阶段(对账号互动进行统计分析和内容分析)和定性分析阶段(对学习者举办访谈和调查)。项目的活动被记录到互动活动日志和思维导图中。基于细致的数据分析和讨论,研究主要结果如下:1."词汇"类的帖子在Instagram上收到了最多点赞;这种帖子介绍生词与新知识点,作为有效的输入方式。"活动"类的帖子收到了最多评论;这种帖子提出问题,促进讨论,作为有效的输出方式。2.a.学习者到内容中的参与因学生而异。基于评论点赞的频率,可以把所以的学习者分成5种:被动的观察者(47%),观察者(37%),积极学习者(13%),策略型学习者(2.6%)和教师(0.4%)。尽管教师很少,他们在非正式学习环境中的影响很大。b.关于与Instagram内容的参与,大部分学习者每天会浏览朋友圈里面发布的内容(70.8%),而且到不同的程度来看图像和标题这两个方面(100%)。54.17%学习者会把帖子的扩展标题阅读到底。c.学习者平时因为学到新知识、认为知识很实用、和帖子的内容有很多共鸣、或者欣赏图像的审美特征等原因会选择对某个帖子点赞。学习者平时因为愿意练习、收到语言和错误反馈、或者回答标题下面提出的问题会选择对某个帖子留下评论。3.a.背景的图像能帮助学习者把生词跟汉字的意思联在一起,把生词与现实世界联系起来,更好地记住。背景图像中,励志型(76.2%)和现实型(76.1%)图片收到了学习者最大的欢迎。b.大部分学习者(95.2%)觉得Instagram帖子中的扩展标题十分有用。标题中最重要的部分包括英文解释(87.5%)、在语境中的应用(83.3%)和汉字字面上的意思(79.2%)。c.关于评论中的反馈,87%学习者认为这种反馈很重要和有意义的部分。即使自己不发言,有的学习者会从别人留下的评论学习。最受欢迎的回答是错误反馈(58.3%)。d.所有的学习者(100%)喜欢标题和评论中的emoji表情符号的应用,并且觉得emoji会提升视觉吸引力。e.Instagram上进行的复习活动没有收到预期的效果。只有三分之一的学习者应用思维导图和标签的方式复习过账号发布的内容。54.2%没有意识到复习活动的目的和重要性。本文中尚未发现有效的复习方式。f.总的来看,访谈发现,基于Instagram的汉语学习体验很正面。受访者表示,呈现词汇的方式有效、内容有意义、帖子结构利于词汇点的理解、图像的视觉吸引力强。此外,定期更新也利于养成良好的学习习惯。这种新颖的学习模式帮助他们保持激情,继续每天学习。g.学习社区也被认为是影响到激情的原因。学习者表示,"Chinese learners together as a community"(与学习汉语的社区一起学习)是一种极大的激励。h.调查发现,大部分学习者通过Instagram的推荐来关注教育账号;所以这个平台会按照某个账号的发布频率、关注者参与度等标志来推荐教育账号。通过相关的标签和关键词的应用,可以让更多学习者找到学习内容。基于研究结果,本文进一步对基于社交媒体语言学习领域中的研究者和从业者提出了一些教学建议、局限性和未来的研究方向。
[Abstract]:Modern technology and social media have become an indispensable part of life. By using modern technology and social media assisted language learning is also very common. The goal of this study is to understand a social media platform (Instagram) content and the activities of the learning process of the learning effect of global Chinese language study and research in this process. In three years, the author has studied many auxiliary learning Chinese informal project. Based on social media (Youtube, Facebook or Instagram) only a few projects; and there is no Instagram platform based on the project. The research design is based on several assumptions: social media will become an effective way to support the informal learning process, because it has provide help in daily life; and by providing learning content related to real life, can affect the learners' motivation and progress based on this. Some assumptions, three research questions as follows: 1. in the development of social media based on the language learning process, which visual aids (visual aids) can help Chinese learning? How to interact with these 2. learners' visual aids? 3. what kind of visual aids and activities will be affected by the different learners welcome. Need to cater to different learners? Use the second language acquisition theory, combined with cognitive science theory and social media marketing practice and research in the design of a special curriculum project. This project to Instagram users on social media platforms as learners, for a period of 9 months of online curriculum content curriculum activities. Including 460 visual aids, updated daily. Learners said, "Chinese learners together as a community" (learning together with Chinese learning community) is found a great incentive.H. survey, most of the learners by Instagram recommended to pay attention to education account; so this platform will be in accordance with the account of a release frequency, on account of education participation recommended by signs. The application of tags and keywords can enable more learners to find learning contents. Based on the research results, this paper further puts forward some teaching suggestions, limitations and future research directions for researchers and practitioners in the field of social media language learning.
