微格教学对体育教育专业学生运动教学技能影响的实验研究

【摘要】：体育教育专业学生,经过四年的大学专业学习,不仅要掌握熟练的运动技术,作为培养体育师范生的摇篮,更要掌握教学技能,这是新时代对体育师范生的要求。如今,培养体育教师教学技能的方法有很多,微格教学就是其中之一,微格教学是运用现代的电化教学手段,形成了一套合理的、系统的针对培养师范生的培养形式,是一种实用性强、操作性简单、被普遍用于培养教学能力的教学模式,微格教学在体育领域针对培养体育师范生应用较为广泛。本文主要运用实验对照的方法来分析微格教学与常规教学对培养体育教育专业学生的教学技能的不同之处。选取山东师范大学体育学院2014级两个田径专选班学生为实验对象。研究方法包含了:文献资料、问卷调查、统计和实验等研究方法。步骤如下:通过查阅资料、调查问卷、走访专家的方法,确定了体育教育学生最需掌握的五项教学技能,并确定了各项教学技能相对应的教学指标的权重值,实验开始时,对实验组与对照组的学生分别测试了教学与运动两方面的技能,确定无显著性差异。然后设计实验方案。实验组学生运用微格教学,对照组学生采用常规教学,经过12周的教学实践,针对学生的五项教学技能情况、运动技术水平测试。最后对实验结果进行分析。实验研究的结论如下:1.微格教学在提升体育教育学生综合教学能力,较常规教学方法,有一定的优势。2.微格教学在提升讲解、直观演示、控制三项教学技能上有较好的效果,而教学目标设定、结束技能与对照组相差不大或略低于对照组。3.微格教学对提高体育教育学生运动技能上效果不明显,与常规教学法相差不大。
[Abstract]:Students majoring in physical education, after four years of university professional learning, not only to master the movement of skilled, as the cradle of cultivating sports students, must grasp the teaching skills, this is a new era of sports students. Nowadays, there are many ways to cultivate PE Teachers' teaching skills, micro teaching is one of them. Microteaching is the use of modern teaching means, formed a rational, aiming at cultivating students' training system, is a kind of practical, simple operation, and is widely used in the training of teaching ability of teaching mode, micro teaching in the field of sports training in P.E. Students is widely used in this paper. By using the method of experiment to analyze the difference of micro teaching and conventional teaching of physical education students' teaching skills. From Shandong Normal University Sports Institute 2014 Two track and field classes as the experimental object. Research methods include: literature, questionnaire, statistics and experimental research methods. The steps are as follows: through access to information, questionnaire method, interviewing experts, identified five teaching skills for physical education students need to master, and determine the weight of teaching the index of teaching skills corresponding to the value at the beginning of the experiment, the experimental group and control group students were tested in two aspects of teaching and sports skills, determination of no significant difference. Then the experimental design. The experimental group of students using microteaching, students in the control group using conventional teaching, through the teaching practice for 12 weeks in five, the teaching skills of students, sports technical level test. The experimental results are analyzed. The conclusions are as follows: 1.. Experimental study of Microteaching in enhancing comprehensive teaching ability of Physical Education Students And compared with the conventional teaching method, there are certain advantages of.2. micro teaching in improving visual presentation, explanation, has the better control effect of three teaching skills, teaching skills and goal setting, the end and the control group was similar to or slightly lower than the control group.3. Microteaching to improve physical education effect the student movement skills is not obvious and the traditional teaching method has little difference.
