【摘要】：本研究试图探索大学英语翻转课堂中学生感知到的教师角色行为与学生期待的教师角色行为之间是否存在差异。通过对六位老师的半结构访谈和15位学生的开放式问卷,笔者制作出了一份检验大学英语教师角色行为的量表。该量表发给362名学生,回收284份有效量表。配对样本t检验的结果显示学生感知到的教师角色行为与期待的教师角色行为在自主学习引导、知识传递、在线管理、课堂组织、行为引导、师生关系和道德引导七个维度上存在巨大差异。差异在这四个维度上尤其明显:自主学习引导、知识传递、师生关系与在线管理。导致这些差异的原因归结为四点:缺少学生的真实反馈、教师倦怠、缺少在线管理经验和缺少团队合作。本研究给了决策者、教师、学生和平台开发者一些建议,以求能促进教师专业发展,优化翻转课堂的实施。
[Abstract]:This paper tries to explore whether there is a difference between the teacher ' s role behavior perceived by the middle school students and the teacher ' s role behavior expected by the students in the college English turnover class . Through the semi - structured interview of the six teachers and the open questionnaire of 15 students , the author makes a survey of the teacher ' s role behavior and expected teacher ' s role in the seven dimensions of autonomous learning guide , knowledge transfer , online management , classroom organization , behavior guidance , teacher - student relationship and moral guidance . The study gives some suggestions to the decision - makers , teachers , students and platform developers to promote the professional development of teachers and optimize the implementation of the inverted classroom .
