大中小德育一体化保障体系研究

【摘要】：党和政府历来高度重视大中小德育一体化建设,以立德树人为根本宗旨,立足人的全面发展,充分尊重学生的身心发展规律和教育规律,注重德育一体化的内涵发展和协同创新,取得了阶段性的成果。随着教育事业的不断发展,迫切需要德育主动对接社会需求,满足学生多元化、个性化需求,迫切需要德育一体化的整体谋划,加强德育一体化的保障体系建设,解决德育一体化纵向有效衔接,横向有效贯通的问题。基于此,本文较深入研究了实现德育一体化目标的保障体系的理论和实践问题,分析了德育一体化保障体系建设存在的不足,并对加强和完善德育一体化的保障体系提出了可借鉴的意见和建议。本课题一共分为三部分。第一部分主要论述大中小德育一体化保障体系的相关概念及其特点。对德育一体化、大中小德育一体化、大中小德育保障体系的几个主要概念做了界定和阐释,为深入研究打下理论基础。同时,提出德育保障体系具有方向性、主体性、适应性、协调性、系统性、层次性几个显著特点。第二部分主要是对大中小德育一体化保障体系建设的现实考察。在肯定国家就保障大中小德育实现一体化过程中所取得的经验的同时,较全面地分析了大中小德育一体化保障体系存在的问题,主要从思想、制度、队伍以及物质投入等方面进行了深入分析和阐述。第三部分就有效和科学合理地完善大中小德育一体化保障体系提出对策,即确立科学的德育新思路是实现大中小德育一体化目标的思想保障;建立完善的德育队伍体系是实现大中小德育一体化目标的队伍保障;制定系统的德育制度是实现大中小德育一体化目标的制度保障;建立完善系统的评价体系是实现大中小德育一体化目标的评价保障;加强利用社会资源,建立校内外有效教育资源对接是实现大中小德育一体化目标的社会资源保障。只有建立相互协同的保障体系,才能确保实现大中小德育一体化的目标,才能通过几个方面的互相合作,形成合力保障,最终实现大中小德育一体化的目标,形成德育工作的强大合力和整体效应。
[Abstract]:The party and government have always attached great importance to the integration of the construction of medium and small moral education, with morality education as the fundamental purpose of all-round development of people, fully respect the students' physical and mental development of the law and the law of education, pay attention to the connotation of moral education integration and collaborative innovation, has achieved initial results. With the continuous development of education, the urgent need of active moral education the docking of social needs, meet the students' diversified and personalized demand, the overall integration of the urgent need of moral education planning, strengthen the construction of guarantee system of moral education, to solve the moral education integrated longitudinal effective cohesion, effective transverse through problems. Based on this, this paper deeply studies the problems of theory and practice to achieve the goal of moral education guarantee system, analyzes the shortcomings construction of integration of moral education security system, and puts forward some reference to strengthen and improve the moral education guarantee system The comments and suggestions. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly discusses the related concepts of medium and small moral education guarantee system and its characteristics. The integration of moral education, moral education of medium and small integration, several main concepts of medium and small moral education guarantee system defines and interpretation, to lay a theoretical foundation for further research. At the same time, put forward with the development of the security system of moral education, subjectivity, adaptability, coordination, system, characteristics of several levels. The second part mainly inspects medium and small moral education guarantee system construction. In certain countries on the protection of medium and small moral education achieved integration in the process of experience at the same time, are comprehensively analyzed. There is the integration of security system of medium and small moral education problems, mainly from the thought, system, staff and material input and other aspects of the in-depth analysis and elaboration of the third part. Effective and scientific and reasonable to improve the integration of security system of medium and small moral education countermeasures are put forward, that is to establish new moral education idea is to realize the scientific integration of medium and small moral education ideological guarantee; establish the system of moral education is to achieve the perfect team of medium and small team guarantee the integration of moral education; moral education system development system is the system guarantee to realize the integration of medium and small moral education establish and improve the system goals; evaluation system is to achieve the goal of the evaluation of medium and small moral education guarantee; strengthen the use of social resources, the establishment of internal and external effective educational resources docking is social resources to achieve security goals of integration of medium and small moral education. Only establish cooperative security system, to ensure the implementation of medium and small moral education goal, through to cooperate with each other in several aspects, concerted efforts to safeguard, realize the integration of moral education of medium and small target, The strong resultant force and the overall effect of moral education are formed.
