论教师的学习专业属性

【摘要】：基于教师的全专业属性的理论建构,从内涵建构、理论基础和价值三个方面进一步阐述教师的学习专业属性,认为它包括教师的学习专业知识、能力和伦理三个维度,这三个维度又整体地体现在教师的学习设计、学习实施和学习评价中;从中国传统哲学、现当代的学习科学和学习理论中提取构建教师的学习专业属性的依据和理论依据;讨论教师的学习专业属性对教师质量的反映、对当前教育改革趋势的解释,以及对教师培养和培训等教师教育改革的价值。
[Abstract]:Based on the theoretical construction of teachers' full professional attributes, this paper further expounds teachers' learning professional attributes from three aspects of connotation construction, theoretical basis and value, and considers that it includes teachers' learning professional knowledge. The three dimensions of ability and ethics are embodied in teachers' learning design, learning implementation and learning evaluation as a whole. From Chinese traditional philosophy, modern and contemporary learning science and learning theory, the basis and theoretical basis of constructing teachers' learning specialty attribute are extracted. This paper discusses the reflection of teachers' learning specialty on teachers' quality, the explanation of current educational reform trend, and the value of teachers' education reform, such as teacher training and training.
