平等师生关系的泛化后果、根源及再确证

【摘要】:当下学校中,师生间的平等关系存在被泛化的问题。平等师生关系的泛化造成教师对自身责任边界产生困惑、学生走向了自我中心主义、师生间产生激烈冲突等后果。平等师生关系的泛化根源在于学校将平等师生关系的特定内涵泛化、家庭中不合理的养育观念将平等师生关系泛化、消费主义将平等师生关系泛化为利益主体关系。对平等师生关系进行再确证,进而提出人格平等是平等师生关系的核心、师生人格平等与教师的主导作用并不矛盾、师生人格平等不能混同于成人间的政治权利平等等观点。
[Abstract]:In the present school, the equal relationship between teachers and students exists the problem of being generalized. The generalization of the equal teacher-student relationship causes teachers to be confused about their own boundary of responsibility, and the students move towards self-centeredness. The root of the generalization of the equal teacher-student relationship lies in the generalization of the specific connotation of the equal teacher-student relationship in schools and the generalization of the equal teacher-student relationship in the irrational concept of nurturing in the family. Consumerism generalizes the equal teacher-student relationship as the relationship of the main body of interest, and reconfirms the equal teacher-student relationship, and then points out that the equality of personality is the core of the equal teacher-student relationship. There is no contradiction between teacher-student personality equality and teacher's leading role, and teacher-student personality equality cannot be confused with the political rights equality among adults.
