在校大学生自杀倾向发生情况及影响因素分析

【摘要】：目的了解在校大学生自杀倾向的发生情况及其影响因素,为自杀行为的早期预防提供参考依据。方法于2016年10-12月采用分层随机整群抽样方法对天津师范大学抽取的2 402名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果 2402名在校大学生自杀企图、精神障碍、消极应对、绝望情绪、应激事件和自杀倾向量表总分分别为(4.07±0.95)、(5.13±0.45)、(2.48±0.57)、(2.05±0.35)、(1.85±0.26)和(14.73±2.12)分;检出自杀倾向者357人,自杀倾向检出率为14.86%;多因素非条件logistic回归分析结果显示,大三及以上年级、有家族自杀史、单亲家庭和与父母关系疏远是大学生自杀倾向发生的危险因素;对专业满意和学习成绩优良是大学生自杀倾向发生的保护因素。结论在校大学生的自杀倾向检出率较高,年级、专业满意度、学习成绩、家族自杀史、家庭类型和与父母关系是在校大学生自杀倾向发生的主要影响因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence and influential factors of College Students' suicide, to provide reference for early prevention methods. Dutch act act of 2016 10-12 month by stratified random cluster sampling method and questionnaire survey of Tianjin Normal University selected 2402 college students. The 2402 students Dutch act attempt, mental disorders, negative coping, despair, stress events and suicidal scores were (4.07 + 0.95), (5.13 + 0.45), (2.48 + 0.57), (2.05 + 0.35), (1.85 + 0.26) and (14.73 + 2.12); detection of suicide 357, suicide rate is 14.86%; the non conditional logistic regression analysis showed that multiple factors, third grade and above, there is a family history of single parent families and Dutch act, distant relation with parents is a risk factor for the occurrence of suicidal tendency of college students; professional satisfaction and learning achievement of college students is excellent The protective factors of suicide tend to occur. Conclusion the prevalence rate of suicidal tendencies among college students is relatively high. Grade, professional satisfaction, academic achievement, family suicide history, family type and relationship with parents are the main factors influencing suicide tendency of college students.
