少数民族地区教师教学心理研究——以海南省为例

【摘要】：发展民族教育是实现各民族共同繁荣的重要途径和基础条件。教师是最普遍的文化传播者,也是教育活动的领导者和最主要的参与者。在少数民族分布较多的偏远地区,由于交通闭塞、经济发展滞后、文化底蕴不足等问题,导致少数民族教育不足之处的弊端日渐显露。少数民族地区教师教学心理问题也随之凸显,教师的心理问题会直接影响其教学质量和教学热情,阻碍少数民族地区的教育发展,因而在发展教育的同时,更应关注教师的教学心理。在此采用比较分析、调查问卷、访谈、参考文献等方法,基于对海南教育的调查研究,总结出海南省教师教学心理的不足之处、教学心理的影响因素以及改进办法。
[Abstract]:The development of national education is to achieve the common prosperity of all ethnic groups in an important way and basic conditions. The teacher is the most popular culture disseminator, is also education leaders and the main participants in the distribution of ethnic minorities in remote areas. However, due to blocking traffic, economic development lag, lack of cultural Heritage issues, leading to defects of ethnic minorities the educational deficiencies revealed day after day. Teachers psychological problems in minority areas are increasing, the teachers' psychological problems will directly affect the teaching quality and teaching enthusiasm, hinder minority education development, and thus in the development of education at the same time, we should pay more attention to teachers' teaching psychology. Then by means of comparative analysis, questionnaire interview, reference method, investigation of Hainan based on education, summarizes the deficiency in Hainan province teachers' psychological impact, because of psychological teaching The element and the way to improve it.
