高一女生的身体自我与情绪稳定性、社会适应性的关系和箱庭个案研究

【摘要】:中学阶段是个体身体飞速发育的时期,体重、身高的迅速增加,第二性征的出现等一系列身体变化都在不知不觉中发生,自我概念的发展仍处于不稳定、不平衡状态。由于身体发育逐渐停止但并未良好适应,高一女生的身体自我也处于不稳定状态,并影响着她们的人际交往、人格发展。研究一,为了探讨高一女生身体自我的特点,以及与情绪稳定性、社会适应性的关系,对285名高一学生(其中女生130人)有效施测《青少年负面身体自我量表》、《神经质量表》、《社会适应不良量表》,结果发现:(1)高一女生的身体自我显著比男生表现出更多负面认知,主要表现在胖、整体不满意等维度得分显著高于男生。(2)高一女生的社会适应性、情绪稳定性显著差于男生。(3)身体自我与情绪稳定性、社会适应性显著正相关,情绪稳定性是身体自我与社会适应性的中介变量。研究二,收集655名高一女生对女性特征词语的感受度,使用多维尺度分析,探讨高一女生身体自我的关注点和分类方式。结果发现:(1)可以从体质描述和细节关注两方面描述高一女生身体自我。(2)体质方面主要包括线条感、比例感和力量感,细节关注方面主要包括面部细节关注和身材细节关注。研究三,对1名负面身体自我量表高分的高一女生进行箱庭疗法个案研究,探索箱庭疗法提升身体自我的效果,结果发现,经过18次箱庭疗法干预,该女生身体自我得到了提升,社会适应能力获得发展;箱庭作品中的主题、自我像的变迁,反映出个案身体自我的变化。总之,高一女生身体自我主要来自对体质与身体细节的感受,她们比男生表现出更多负面认知,并通过情绪稳定性影响社会适应性;箱庭疗法可以有效提升高一女生的身体自我。
[Abstract]:Middle school stage is a period of rapid development of the individual body, the rapid increase in weight, height, the emergence of secondary sexual symptoms and a series of body changes have unconsciously occurred, the development of self-concept is still in instability. Unbalanced state. Due to the gradual cessation of physical development but not a good adaptation, the physical self of the first year high school students is also in an unstable state, and affect their interpersonal communication, personality development. 1. In order to explore the characteristics of physical self, and the relationship with emotional stability and social adaptability. 285 senior high school students (130 female students) were tested with the negative physical self scale for adolescents, the neuroticism scale and the Social adaptation scale. The results showed that the female students in Senior one showed more negative cognition than the male students, mainly in the dimensions of obesity and overall dissatisfaction, which were significantly higher than those of the male students. 2) the social adaptability of the female students in Senior one was significantly higher than that of the girls in Senior one. Emotional stability is significantly worse than male students. 3) physical self and emotional stability, social adaptability is significantly positive correlation, emotional stability is the intermediary variable between physical self and social adaptability. We collected 655 female students' receptivity to female feature words and used multidimensional scale analysis. The result shows that: 1) it can describe the physical self of female students in terms of physique description and detail attention) the physical aspect mainly includes line sense. Sense of proportion and strength, attention to detail mainly includes facial detail and body detail. Third, a case study of a high school girl with high score of negative physical self-rating scale was carried out. The results showed that after 18 times of intervention, the girls' physical self-improvement and social adaptability were improved. The theme in the box court works, the change of self-image, reflects the change of individual body self. In a word, the body self of girls in senior one mainly comes from the feeling of physical and physical details. They showed more negative cognition than boys and influenced social adaptability through emotional stability. Box-court therapy can effectively improve the physical self of high school girls.
