【摘要】：城市随迁子女异地高考的问题一直都是社会关注的一个焦点和热点。但是,由于我国户籍政策的束缚,异地高考方案未能切实可行地执行。积分制为打破户籍政策的限制,实现异地高考提供了一种全新的解决思路。比较北京市、上海市、广东省制定的积分制策略,明确积分制的具体特征及问题,可以更好地完善积分制,为全国渐进地实现异地高考开辟道路。
[Abstract]:However , due to the restriction of our country ' s household registration policy , it is not feasible to carry out the college entrance examination . However , because of the restriction of our country ' s household registration policy , the integration system provides a brand - new solution for breaking the restriction of the household registration policy , and realizing the special features and problems of the integral system .
