人身权利教育下的校园欺负对策研究

【摘要】:近年来我国校园欺负事件引起社会各界尤其是教育界的广泛关注。目前关于欺负干预措施的研究多集中在德育方面。然,欺负是对他人人身权利的侵犯。干预措施研究缺乏法治教育视角的探索,从实证层面来探究学生权利意识和校园欺负发生的更是少之又少。本文从人身权利意识的角度出发探讨校园欺负产生的原因及干预方法。通过实证研究论证人身权利意识薄弱和校园欺负发生之间的关系,为欺负干预提供新的研究视角和研究方法,丰富有关欺负的理论;探寻通过人身权利教育减少欺负发生的可能性和方法,为有效的欺负干预提供一种新途径、新参考。第一章在梳理欺负概念演变过程及欺负与暴力异同的基础上明确欺负的含义,并梳理了欺负的类型、角色和危害等方面的研究,为后文奠定理论基础。研究欺负干预措施的前提是弄清欺负发生的原因。第二章从生理学、心理学、社会学三个方面对欺负产生原因进行学理分析。并论证了学校教育干预欺负的可能性和可行性。分析已有原因和干预措施的缺陷所在,提出立论:人身权利意识薄弱是校园欺负产生的重要原因之一,人身权利教育是有效的欺负干预方式。第三章从理论和实证上探索人身权利意识淡薄和校园欺负行为发生的关系。通过欺负问卷、自编人身权利意识问卷以及上W联想测验卷调查初中生的人身权利意识情况和校园欺负情况。第四章主要是对调查结果的分析。从调查中发现从总体来说初中生的人身权利意识薄弱。学生具有初步是非判断能力,但对人身权利的理解有缺陷,容易以自身利益为中心,把金钱、权力与权利密切联系在一起等。校园欺负发生率也较高,与人身权利意识薄弱有着关系。第五章在分析现行初中品德类教材中人身权利教育内容的基础上,对人身权利教育内容的充实和教学方法的改进提出建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, bullying on campus in our country has attracted wide attention from all walks of life, especially in education. At present, the research on bullying intervention measures is mostly focused on moral education. Bullying is a violation of the personal rights of others. It is rare to probe into students' right consciousness and campus bullying from the perspective of positivism. This paper discusses the causes and intervention methods of campus bullying from the perspective of personal right consciousness. The relationship between the weak awareness of rights and the occurrence of bullying on campus, To provide a new perspective and research method for bullying intervention, enrich the theory of bullying, explore the possibility and method of reducing bullying through personal rights education, and provide a new way for effective bullying intervention. The first chapter clarifies the meaning of bullying on the basis of combing the evolution of the concept of bullying and the similarities and differences between bullying and violence, and combs the types, roles and harm of bullying. The premise of the study of bullying intervention is to find out the causes of bullying. Chapter 2 from physiology, psychology, This paper analyzes the causes of bullying in three aspects of sociology, and demonstrates the possibility and feasibility of school education intervention in bullying. Put forward the argument: the weak awareness of personal rights is one of the important reasons for campus bullying. The third chapter explores the relationship between the weak awareness of personal rights and the occurrence of bullying behavior on campus. The questionnaire of personal right consciousness and the questionnaire of students' personal rights awareness and the situation of bullying on campus are investigated in this paper. Chapter 4th is mainly about the analysis of the results. From the survey, it is found that the junior high school students generally have a sense of personal rights and the situation of bullying on campus. The students have the ability to judge whether they are right or not, However, the understanding of personal rights is flawed, and it is easy to focus on self-interest, so that money, power and power are closely linked to each other. The incidence of bullying on campus is also relatively high. Chapter 5th, on the basis of analyzing the contents of personal rights education in the current junior high school moral teaching materials, puts forward some suggestions for the enrichment of the contents of personal rights education and the improvement of teaching methods.
