高校教学信息化支撑环境及其优化策略研究

【摘要】:随着时代的进步与信息技术的普及,以互联网、计算机为代表的信息技术已经渗透到人类生活和社会发展的方方面面。无论是人类的生活方式,还是学习方式都在发生着巨大的变化,人类社会步入信息时代。随着信息技术在教育领域的广泛应用,教学信息化已经成为高校教育信息化的建设核心,其建设水平也已经成为衡量一所高校整体教学质量、综合能力与素质的重要指标。经过二十多年的发展,我国高校教学信息化在基础设施、教学资源、人才培养、标准规范等方面已经取得一系列成果,但同时也存在着一系列问题。教学信息化支撑环境则是影响教学信息化发展的重要方面。对教学信息化支撑环境开展研究对构建良好的信息化教学环境、优化教学效果、培养高素质人才、实现教育现代化等方面具有重大的现实意义。与此同时,也将进一步丰富高校教学信息化的理论研究,为其信息化环境建设提供一定的理论依据。本文将针对高校教学信息化支撑环境展开研究,构建支撑环境模型,利用该模型了解高校教学信息化支撑环境现状,进一步提出相应的优化策略建议。具体包括以下几方面内容:首先,本研究通过文献研究法大量阅读相关文献,从整体上把握高校教学信息化支撑环境的深刻内涵。接着,通过文献计量研究归纳、总结影响高校教学信息化支撑环境建设的核心要素,在此基础之上构建高校教学信息化支撑环境模型。该模型主要由基础设施、数字化教学资源、数字化教学系统、信息化教学人员、保障体系这五大核心要素组成。基础设施为数字化教学资源与系统、信息化教学人员提供了坚实的硬件支持,只有建立起完善的基础设施环境才能发展教学信息化。数字化教学资源与系统则是建立在完备的基础设施环境之上的,在利用基础设施发展自身的同时,又反过来优化了基础设施的建设。信息化教学人员是教学信息化的建设主体,教师和学生合理利用信息化环境高效的开展信息化教与学的活动,携手推进教学信息化进程。保障体系决定基础设施的建设内容、教学资源的建设规范与共享机制、信息化培训的内容与频率、资金结构等方面,从根本上保障教学信息化进程。然后,选取华中某高校,基于支撑环境模型构建其教学信息化支撑环境指标体系并设计相关问卷展开调研,分析、评估其教学信息化支撑环境的发展现状。通过分析发现,该高校的基础设施建设水平较高,但设备维护和更新困难较大;媒体资源管理库建设初具规模,但资源共享程度较低;数字化教学平台发展迅速,但其资源质量与数量难以满足教学需求;信息化队伍建设良好,但信息化专职人员短缺;信息化培训顺利开展,但师生信息素养有待提高;多重网络安全防护措施逐步建成,但相关人员安全意识不足;教学信息化建设经费投入逐步增长,但资金结构比例失衡。最后,针对调研分析发现的问题,以及当前我国教育信息化发展的现状,以构建良好的教学信息化环境为出发点,提出相应的优化策略。如成立相关机构,统一采购、维护、监管信息化设备;搭建统一应用平台,提高资源共享程度;统一规范与标准,整合数字化教学资源;教师与技术人员共同协作,提高教学资源质量;健全信息化专业人才引进、培养机制;营造良好的信息化校园氛围,提高师生信息化意识;创新信息化培训内容与形式,积极利用网络教学平台;成立教师发展中心,为教师专业的发展提供支持与服务;建立完善的评价、激励机制,充分调动教师积极性;加强全校师生信息安全教育与技能培训;优化资金结构,合理划分经费用途。本研究的创新点在于,以构建良好的教学信息化环境为出发点,建立了高校教学信息化支撑环境模型。但由于研究者能力有限,本研究在获得了一定成果的同时,也存在着一些不足之处。主要表现在高校教学信息化支撑环境模型有待进一步完善与细化,例如模型涉及的影响因素不全面,各个要素之间的相互关系不是很完善;调研取样有待进一步挖掘与分析,例如对数据的统计与分析较为浅显。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of information technology, progress and the era of Internet, computer as the representative of the information technology has penetrated into the human life and all aspects of social development. It is the human way of life, and learning methods are undergoing tremendous changes, human society step into the information era. With the extensive application of information technology in education in the field of teaching informatization has become the university education informationization construction core, its construction level has become a measure of a university teaching quality, an important indicator of comprehensive quality and ability. After more than 20 years of development, Chinese teaching in the higher education information infrastructure, resources, personnel training, a series of achievements has been made in standard specification etc., but there are also a series of problems. The teaching information support environment is an important aspect of teaching informationization development. Teaching of the letter The information supporting environment to carry out research on building a good teaching environment, optimize the effect of teaching and cultivating high-quality talents, is of great practical significance to realize education modernization. At the same time, theoretical research will further enrich the university teaching information, provide a theoretical basis for the construction of the informatization environment. This paper will support for higher education information research on environment, construction of supporting environment model, using the model to understand the higher education information support environment, further proposed the corresponding optimization strategy. The specific content includes the following aspects: first, this study through literature research literature, grasp the profound connotation of supporting environment of higher education information on the whole. Then, through a bibliometric study on induction, summary of the impact of higher education information construction to support the core environment On this basis, construction of university teaching information support environment model. The model is mainly composed of infrastructure, digital teaching resources, digital teaching system, teaching staff, security system composed of the five core elements. The infrastructure for digital teaching resources and system, provide a solid hardware support information teaching staff, only to establish a sound the environment to infrastructure development. Digital teaching resources and the teaching information system is established on the basis of the complete infrastructure facilities, infrastructure development in the use of their own at the same time, in turn, to optimize the construction of the infrastructure. The information teaching staff teaching informatization construction subject, teachers and students to carry out the rational use of high efficient information environment information teaching and learning activities, to promote the teaching process of information security system. The decision of infrastructure Construction content, construction standard of teaching resources and sharing mechanism, the content and frequency of information technology training, capital structure, guarantee the teaching information from the fundamental process. Then, select the Central University, analysis environment model and construction of its teaching information support environment index system and design related questionnaire investigation, based on the evaluation of its development status teaching information support environment. Through the analysis, the university infrastructure construction level is higher, but the equipment maintenance and updating difficult; media resource library building shape, but the low level of resource sharing; digital teaching platform is developing rapidly, but the quality and quantity of resources to meet the demand of the teaching information; good team building, but the shortage of information professionals; informatization training carried out smoothly, but teachers and students' information literacy needs to be improved; multiple network security protection measures. Shi gradually built, but the relevant personnel lack of safety awareness; teaching informatization construction funds is increasing gradually, but the capital structure imbalance. Finally, according to the investigation and analysis of the problems found, and the current situation of China's education informatization development, to build the information environment as the starting point of good teaching, and put forward the corresponding optimization strategy. The establishment of relevant institutions, unified procurement, maintenance, supervision of information technology equipment; build a unified application platform, improve the level of resource sharing; unified norms and standards, the integration of digital teaching resources; teachers and technicians work together, improve the quality of teaching resources; improve the informatization of professional talents, training mechanism; create a good atmosphere of campus informatization, improve teachers and students information consciousness; the content and form of information technology training and innovation, actively use the network teaching platform; the establishment of Teacher Development Center for professional development of teachers. For support and service; establish and improve the evaluation and incentive mechanism, and fully mobilize the enthusiasm of teachers; teachers and students to strengthen information security education and skills training; to optimize the capital structure, the rational division of the use of the funds. The innovation of this study is to construct a good information environment, teaching as a starting point, the establishment of higher education information support environment model but due to the limited capacity, this research obtained certain result at the same time, there are also some shortcomings. Mainly in the higher education information support environment model needs further improvement and refinement, such as the factors affecting the model involved is not comprehensive, the relationship between the various elements is not perfect; research samples for further mining with the analysis, such as the statistics and analysis of data easier.
