【摘要】:教学模仿是教师通过观察、模仿他人教学,逐步内化、表现并创新的一种教学活动。通过教学模仿可以促进教师的专业发展和个人成长。当前,教师教学模仿存在对象选择随意化、模仿内容表层化、模仿途径单一化、模仿时机片段化等问题。教学中,合理选择模仿对象,倡导理念模仿,拓宽模仿渠道,教学模仿常态化,可以不断提升教学水平。
[Abstract]:Teaching imitation is a kind of teaching activity in which teachers gradually internalize, express and innovate by observing and imitating others' teaching. Through teaching imitation, teachers' professional development and personal growth can be promoted. There are some problems in teacher's teaching imitating, such as random choice of object, superficial content of imitation, simplification of imitating way, fragment of imitating opportunity, etc. In teaching, reasonable selection of imitating object, advocating idea imitating, widening the channel of imitating, etc. The teaching imitates the norm, may raise the teaching level unceasingly.
