高中生负面评价恐惧的现状及对策探析

【摘要】：为了了解高中生的自信心和负面评价恐惧状况,帮助高中生更好地适应学习环境,本研究采用简单抽样方法,使用总体自信问卷和负面评价恐惧量表对832名有效高中生被试进行问卷调查。调查结果发现:女高中生的自信水平显著低于男高中生,而女高中生的负面评价恐惧显著高于男高中生;担任班干部的高中生自信显著高于未担任班干部的高中生;高中生的学习成绩越好,其自信越高、负面评价恐惧越低;家庭气氛对高中生的自信心和负面评价恐惧会产生深刻影响;高中生的自信能显著负向预测其负面评价恐惧。为了帮助高中生提高自信,降低负面评价恐惧,更好地适应高中学习环境,本文试提出了一些具有针对性的建议与对策。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the self-confidence of high school students and the fear of negative evaluation, and to help high school students adapt to the learning environment better, a simple sampling method was used in this study. A total of 832 effective high school students were investigated by using the overall self-confidence questionnaire and the negative evaluation fear scale. The results showed that the self-confidence level of female high school students was significantly lower than that of male high school students. The negative evaluation fear of female senior high school students is significantly higher than that of male senior high school students; the self-confidence of high school students who are class cadres is significantly higher than that of non-class cadres; the better the academic performance of high school students, the higher their self-confidence, the lower the fear of negative evaluation; Family atmosphere has a profound influence on high school students' self-confidence and negative evaluation fear, and high school students' self-confidence can predict their negative evaluation fear significantly. In order to help high school students improve their self-confidence and reduce negative evaluation fear, Better adapt to the learning environment of senior high school, this paper tries to put forward some targeted suggestions and countermeasures.
