翻转课堂教学模式在护理本科实习生中的教学应用

【摘要】:目的:探讨翻转课堂教学模式在护理本科实习生中的教学效果。方法:将2014年6月~2015年6月在我院实习的75名护理本科实习生作为对照组,采用传统教学模式;将2015年7月~2016年6月护理本科实习生75名作为研究组,采用翻转课堂模式教学。完成教学课程后,比较两组实习生的综合技能成绩,并评价教学效果;在实习1个月后评价其临床综合能力。结果:同对照组相比,研究组护理综合技能成绩及对教学方法满意程度高于对照组(P0.05);完成实习后,研究组临床综合能力明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:针对护理本科实习生实施翻转课堂教学模式,有助于提高实习生学习成绩及增强临床综合能力,对于促进实习质量提升具有积极意义,值得推广应用。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the teaching effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in nursing undergraduate interns in. Methods: the June 2014 ~2015 year in June 75 undergraduate nursing interns internship in our hospital as the control group, the traditional teaching mode; the July 2015 ~2016 year in June 75 nursing undergraduate interns as the study group, the flipped classroom teaching model. The completion of teaching after the course, compared with two groups of interns comprehensive skills and achievements, evaluation of teaching effect; to evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability in practice after 1 months. Results: compared with the control group, the degree of study group comprehensive nursing skill scores and satisfaction of teaching method is higher than that of control group (P0.05); after the completion of the internship, study group clinical comprehensive ability significantly better than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: the implementation of flip classroom teaching mode of nursing undergraduate interns, help to improve the learning achievement and enhance interns clinical comprehensive ability of It is of positive significance to promote the improvement of practice quality, and it is worth popularizing and applying.
