“托管教育”的内涵、特征与功能

【摘要】:世纪之交,"托管"活动在我国教育领域异军突起,引发人们的广泛关注。本论文主要从概念内涵、实践由来、类型形式、基本特点和功能影响等各个方面对"托管教育"进行相应的梳理,指出"托管教育"是兼有生活服务和课后辅导双重功能的新型教育模式以及各种"托管教育"形式的长短、利弊以及彼此的互补等。最后指出,教育管理的关键在于要有正确的价值引领和规范管理,以成兴利除弊和服务民生之功。
[Abstract]:At the turn of the century, the activities of "trusteeship" have sprung up in the field of education in China, which has aroused widespread concern. The basic characteristics and functional influence of various aspects of "trusteeship education" are combed accordingly, and it is pointed out that "trusteeship education" is a new educational model with dual functions of life service and after-school guidance, and the length of various forms of "trusteeship education". Finally, it is pointed out that the key of education management lies in the correct value guidance and standard management, in order to do the beneficial things, remove the malpractices and serve the people's livelihood.
