人学视域中的思想政治教育问题研究

【摘要】:在当今新的社会发展形势下,人们对于主体性表达、自我实现和个性解放的渴望和追求越来越强烈,如何在这样的背景中加强和推进思想政治教育的理论创新,并使之成为我国社会主义现代化建设的重要智力支撑,是维护社会和谐稳定,促进人的自由全面发展的重要前提。坚持以问题为导向,深入分析实践中存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案,是推动思想政治教育发展的题中之义。而以马克思主义人学作为研究的理论基础,不仅能够厘清思想政治教育各要素之间的关系,从源头找出问题产生的原因,而且可以促进思想政治教育贴近人的现实生活,使其真正走进人的内心世界。基于此,为了探寻思想政治教育问题的解决方案,可以结合马克思主义人学关于人的主体性、人的需要、人的个性和人的发展等方面开展深入研究,从而明确思想政治教育人性化的基本要求,进一步推动教育实践向以人为本靠拢,创新并完善思想政治教育现有的方法手段和运行机制。论文的重点在于从人学视角展开对现实问题的反思,归纳并总结问题产生的原因和解决路径,同时关于社会思潮对思想政治教育的影响、意识形态安全和认同危机等热点问题的研究进行了初步的探讨,对以往研究中讨论较多但存在歧义的问题,如思想政治教育的主客体关系等,通过辨析和整合提出新的见解,力图实现对思想政治教育问题研究的补充和扩展。从逻辑关系上划分,本论文主要分为以下三个部分:第一部分是论文的第一、二章,主要阐释人学与思想政治教育的关系。内容包括思想政治教育的内涵和外延,马克思主义人学在国内的发展历程,思想政治教育的马克思主义人学基础,以及人学理论的发展对思想政治教育产生的作用和影响。第二部分是论文的第三、四章,主要是对现实问题的分析与总结。根据思想政治教育的构成要素把实践过程中存在的突出问题归纳为主体、客体、过程和环境的问题。主体方面存在的问题,突出表现在教育实践活动中人的个性特征被压制,人的精神需要未能得到满足和社会热点问题被忽视等;客体方面的问题,突出表现为受教育者的主动性不强和客体主体化作用的发挥受限制;过程方面的问题,表现在方案制定、具体实施和效果评估等三个方面;而环境方面主要是思想政治教育生态系统的问题和意识形态安全问题。紧接着论文的第四章从主体的弱化、客体的认同危机、过程的系统性缺陷和环境的复杂化四个方面总结问题产生的深层原因。第三部分是论文的第五、六章,探讨解决思想政治教育问题的具体对策。从人的主体性、人的精神需要、人的个性特征、人的全面发展等四个方面明确马克思主义人学对思想政治教育的基本要求,以人性化为核心,探讨解决现实问题的实现路径,从理念、原则、环境、方法和机制等五个方面对思想政治教育予以补充和完善。一言以蔽之,从马克思主义人学的角度入手,找出现实问题的解决方法,既推进了理论的创新,又切实解决了教育实践中存在的突出问题,为丰富教育内容、创新教育方法提供了新的思路,为理论的进一步充实和拓展创造了良好的条件。
[Abstract]:In the new situation of social development, people for the subjective expression, self realization and liberation of personality and the pursuit of desire is more and more intense, how to strengthen and promote the theoretical innovation of Ideological and political education in such a context, and make it become an important intellectual of China's socialist modernization construction, is to maintain social harmony and stability, an important premise to promote the comprehensive development of human freedom. Adhere to the problem oriented, in-depth analysis of the problems in practice, and puts forward the corresponding solutions, is to promote the development of Ideological and political education in the meaning of the title. With Marx humanism as the theoretical basis of research, not only to clarify the relationship between the various elements of thought the political education, find out the causes of the problem from the source, but also can promote the ideological and political education close to real life, make it really into the inner world of people based on this, In order to explore solutions to problems of the ideological and political education can be combined with Marx's human science about human subjectivity, people need to carry out thorough research, development and other aspects of people's personalities and people, so as to make clear the basic requirements of the humanization of Ideological and political education, further promote educational practice to people-oriented and innovation to improve the ideological and political education the existing methods and operation mechanism. The emphasis of this paper is to reflect on the practical problems of the people from the perspective of reason, and summed up the problems and solutions, and on the impact of Social Thought on the ideological and political education, study the ideology security and identity crisis and other hot issues are discussed, for more discussion in the previous studies but ambiguous questions, such as the ideological and political education of the relationship between subject and object, through analysis and integration of new ideas, try to On problems of Ideological and political education supplement and expansion. Divided from the logic relation, this thesis is mainly divided into the following three parts: the first part is the first, second chapter, mainly explains the human relationship with the ideological and political education. The ideological and political education includes the denotation and connotation of humanism in the development of Marx. Then the fourth chapter from the main object of weakening of the identity crisis, the deep reason of four aspects of complicated system defect, and summarizes the problems of the environment. The third part is the fifth, sixth chapter, the specific countermeasures to solve the problems of the ideological and political education from the human subjectivity, people's spiritual needs, personality characteristics, four aspects of the comprehensive development of clear Marx's ideological and political education of the basic requirements, to human nature As the core, to explore the implementation path, to solve practical problems from the concept, principle, method and environment, five aspects of mechanism to supplement and improve the ideological and political education. To sum up in a word, starting from Marx's point of view, the solution for the real problem, which not only promoted the innovation of theory. And effectively solve the outstanding problems in educational practice, to enrich the content of education, provides a new idea for the theory of innovation education method, further enrich and expand to create good conditions.
